Workshops

Workshops provide opportunities for young people to:

  • Improve writing and performance skills
  • Share their work
  • Interact with new, creative people
  • Build confidence
  • Enhance awareness of social issues

Workshops are held twice a month from 3:00-4:30 p.m at the Kentucky Museum of Art & Craft located at 715 W. Main St. All those between the ages of 13-19 are welcome. To see the Young Poets calendar with all workshop dates, click here. All participants who want to register at the workshop should arrive 10 minutes prior to the start of the workshop. If you would like to preregister, click here. Once you complete the registration form you will not have to complete it again.
